1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the panolo.club website, all associated web pages, games, tools, and services provided by panolo Casino.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the panolo platform.
• "Account" means a registered panolo user account created using a valid Philippine mobile number.
• "Real Money Games" means any game or wagering activity on panolo that involves the use of PHP funds held in the Player's wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, or promotional currency granted to a Player by panolo under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it can be withdrawn, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by panolo for account verification and withdrawal processing.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the panolo platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with panolo's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Eligibility

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create a panolo account, you must provide a valid Philippine mobile number and a secure password. You must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one panolo account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. panolo reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your panolo login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must notify panolo support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. panolo is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

panolo may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, or equivalent). Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

panolo accepts deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and other payment channels as listed on the panolo platform from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

5.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on panolo is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion. panolo does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified panolo accounts are processed as follows: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes; bank transfers via InstaPay are typically completed within 30 minutes; BPI/BDO/Metrobank transfers may take 1–3 banking hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods or public holidays in the Philippines.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the same panolo account, subject to KYC verification. panolo reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending verification, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

5.5 Currency

The panolo platform operates exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Any currency conversion costs incurred outside the panolo platform are the sole responsibility of the Player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

panolo may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds awarded to a Player's panolo account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, time limit, and maximum cashout amount will be specified in each individual promotion's terms. panolo reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified period.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

panolo employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including — but not limited to — low-risk gameplay designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, exploitation of promotions across multiple accounts, and collusion between Players to extract bonus value. Such conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, account suspension, and potential legal action.

6.4 Bonus Eligibility

panolo reserves the right to determine and modify Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotional offers are intended for genuine recreational Players and may not be available to Players who have previously been identified as engaging in irregular play patterns.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the panolo platform are governed by individual game rules provided within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that particular game.

panolo uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers operating from licensed studios. All game results are final once accepted by the panolo system. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game round, panolo reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the panolo platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple panolo accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the panolo platform.
• Exploiting any software error, malfunction, or loophole on the panolo platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players or panolo staff.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using panolo for money laundering purposes.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes on legitimate panolo transactions.
• Attempting to access other Players' panolo accounts without authorization.
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the panolo platform without prior written consent.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the panolo platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of panolo Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the panolo platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other use is permitted without express written authorization from panolo.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, panolo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the panolo platform, including — without limitation — loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from gameplay outcomes.

panolo does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the panolo platform is at your sole risk. panolo's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

12. Termination & Suspension

panolo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• panolo is required to do so under applicable law, PAGCOR directive, or court order.
• panolo reasonably suspects the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The Player's continued use of the platform poses a risk to panolo, other Players, or third parties.

Upon termination for cause, panolo reserves the right to withhold all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player following completion of any applicable investigation, subject to KYC compliance.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the panolo platform shall first be referred to panolo's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law. The language of arbitration shall be English.

14. Amendments

panolo reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS or email notification to the contact details associated with their panolo account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the panolo platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
